Delivery drivers face inefficiencies and safety risks due to phone-dependent navigation, time-consuming pickup/drop-off tasks, and vehicle security concerns.
Solution
S.A.M is a user-friendly control panel that streamlines deliveries with real-time navigation, app integration, and semi-autonomous features like autopilot and assisted parking.




Task Focus:
Streamlined key delivery tasks: vehicle activation, autopilot control, signaling, and customer contact.


Feedback from user testing and solutions:
• Signal Switch Confusion: Redesigned with distinct shapes and icons.
• Autopilot Feedback: Added prominent visuals and scenario-based prompts.
• Speed Notifications: Introduced alerts for speed changes during autopilot.
• Takeover Alerts: Clear notifications for manual control in crowded areas.
• Override Autopilot: Enabled braking to regain control.
• Parking Selection: Added options to unselect or change parking.
